01 / What I set up

Small fixes. A lighter workload.

Start with the repetitive work that slows you down. Build a simpler way to get it done.

A calmer inbox

Email systems that sort, prioritize, and help draft replies so you can focus on what needs you.

Connected tools

Integrations between your forms, CRM, spreadsheets, calendars, and the tools you already use.

Lead capture & reminders

Simple bots for lead capture, notifications, and reminders that keep things moving.

Receipts & expense tracking

Collect receipt details, suggest expense categories, and prepare summaries for you to review.

Practical systems that reduce repetitive work.

What this can look like

Everyday tasks, simplified.

Illustrative examples. The details depend on your tools and how you work.

Following up on a new inquiry

The manual work
Copy contact details into your CRM, write a reply, and remember to follow up.

A simpler process
A form sends the details to your CRM, prepares a reply for your review, and creates a follow-up reminder.

Less copying between tools. A clear next step for each inquiry.

Keeping up with expenses

The manual work
Collect receipts from your inbox and enter them into a spreadsheet one at a time.

A simpler process
Receipt details go into a review sheet, with suggested categories and a weekly summary to check.

One place to review expenses, with fewer manual entries.

Built for small businesses

You shouldn’t need a full-time tech person to make your tools work.

For small business owners and teams who are tired of repetitive work and want things to run more smoothly — without hiring a full-time tech person or learning a dozen new tools.

02 / How it works

One process at a time.

You’ll get a clear scope and timeline before work begins.

01 — FIND THE FRICTION

We look at what’s taking time.

We pick one process that’s costing you time and identify where automation can help.

02 — BUILD THE SYSTEM

I handle the technical part.

I build and install the automation around the way your business works.

03 — MAKE IT YOURS

You’re ready to use it.

You get a working system, clear documentation, and the confidence to put it to work.

The person behind Taskvona

Meet Matt.

I’m Matt Blaser. I’m an electrical engineer, Army veteran, and the person behind Taskvona.

I’ve always liked figuring out how things work and finding a better way to do them. That carries over into the systems I manage for my wife’s photography business and our rental business. There’s a lot that goes into running a small business, and doing the same admin tasks over and over gets old.

That’s why I started Taskvona. I enjoy helping business owners connect their tools, cut out repetitive work, and find useful ways to use AI. I want to build things that are easy to use and actually worth the time and money you put into them.

Before we start

Know what you’re getting.

We’ll agree on the work, costs, timeline, and handoff before you commit.

A clear plan first.

We start with one process. Your proposal will spell out what I’ll build, what you’ll need to provide, how we’ll check it works, and what’s included in delivery and support.

What does a project cost?

It depends on what you need. After the free review, I’ll send you a scope and quote before any work starts.

Will I need extra software subscriptions?

Maybe. I’ll use your existing tools where I can and flag any extra subscription or usage costs up front.

Who owns the accounts and systems?

You keep control of your business accounts. I’ll explain what you’re getting and which outside tools it needs before we start.

What happens if something breaks?

Get in touch and we’ll work out what needs fixing. We’ll agree up front on included support and what extra maintenance would cost. Connected apps sometimes change, so updates may be needed.

Do I need to understand the technical side?

No. I’ll walk you through how it works and leave you with instructions you can refer back to.
